Profit & Performance Improvement-SB Consulting is often engaged by clients to analyze cash flow, make recommendations and implement plans to improve earnings in their operation. As part of this evaluation we review overall business performance and cost structure. This most often reveals areas where performance can be improved or costs reduced. Cash Management-SB Consulting works very closely with clients managing their cash requirements. We have experience working through bank refinancing, SBA lending, liquidity constraints, and vendor and lender negotiations as well as:

Financial Modeling-We have been retained by clients to provide forward moving revenue & income models that will help evaluate the position of their business and facilitate decision making over the short and long term.

 

Interim Management-SB Consulting has participated in long term turnarounds, acting in the capacity of CFO, CEO or advisor.

 

Workshops-SB Consulting will work with individual clients to deliver tailored workshops that will enhance overall business skills, including reading and understanding financial data, sales estimating and forecasting, managing cash flow, financial statement relationships and ratios and how key ratios affect lending and capital requirements.
